What I learn

My blog is going to be what I learn being I'm 16 and living in NYC everyday or week I learn something new. These things I learn really help me shape who I am because they are things you have to experience, not just open a text book about. The first thing I'll share that I learned not just today, or this week, but over the last few month. I learned that everyone has a story. Everyone acts a certain way for a reason, its not just because their bitchy or mean or too nice or unemotional; however you judge people its because something with in them really has either helped or traumatized them. That girl that is a "slut" most of the time has been that way because of their family life. Maybe they were raped, molested by a family member, never given attention or whatever it may be, that is what is making them that way. We can't just judge people because we look at them and say prude, whore, ugly because no one is ever completely happy with themselves, and are always searching for something deeper. You might think someone is ugly, but someone will think they are beautiful because of who they are not just what you see.

I am not going to sit here and say I never judge people, but in most cases I try to give them a chance, try to understand them. And even if you don't like them once you get to know them, at least you tried and at least you may have learned why they are emotional, because no one is easy to figure out. Everyone's fighting a hurt inside them that they are trying to disprove. I sound mad philosophical and I don't know why. Maybe because not a lot of people try to figure out my story, people just assume. And no one sits with me and ask's why i am a certain way(besides my close friends) and it makes me wonder why people think I act certain ways. Some people say I don't have anything wrong with me, yet they have no idea.

Over all I am just saying I know that everyone has a story and its our job to release them.
This is the first of my many "things i learned" i will share with you.
